If you are looking for resources for young children (age 0 to 5), you have come to the right place. You are only a few seconds away from connecting with thousands of resources available here in the City of Dallas. Once you enter our resource locator below, you will be asked to answer a few short questions about your children and family. The resource locator will then tailor a list of services and resources that match your family’s needs.

Finding Resources is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Search - Answer a few quick questions about your children and family. You will not be asked for your name, nor will the information you enter be saved or used for any other purpose than matching you with services. Then, you will select the type of resource(s) you are looking for: health, early care and education, special needs, or parent education. Your list of resources can be printed, texted or emailed. You can also get directions, whether you are walking, driving, or riding DART, to the service location.

2. Seek - Seek out all of the documents you will need to take with you to the service provider, just in case you decide to enroll during your visit. Each resource listed has a short description that may include specific documents you will need to provide. 3. Select - Selecting the best resources for your family can be quite challenging. Once you receive your customized list, it is important to evaluate each resource to make sure it is a good fit for your family. Some ways that you can evaluate a resource include: visiting, interviewing staff, observing the service or program firsthand, and/or asking other families about their experience with the resource.
